APPP operates a double-blind peer review process. Personal identifying information will be removed from manuscripts before they are sent to reviewers. Authors must not include identifying information within the body of the manuscript file.

Reviewers who participate in the peer review process agree to:

  • Treat all manuscripts and related materials as confidential;
  • Not disclose the content of any manuscript or review to any third party without prior written consent;
  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews;
