We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached.

5. Manuscript Submission

By submitting a manuscript to APPP, you represent and warrant that:

  • The work is original and has not been published previously, nor is it under consideration for publication elsewhere;
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party material included in the manuscript;
  • The manuscript does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party;
  • All authors have approved the submission and agree to its review and potential publication;
  • You have disclosed any conflicts of interest.

APPP operates a double-blind peer review process. Personal identifying information will be removed from manuscripts before they are sent to reviewers. Authors must not include identifying information within the body of the manuscript file.

6. Peer Review

Reviewers who participate in the peer review process agree to:

  • Treat all manuscripts and related materials as confidential;
  • Not disclose the content of any manuscript or review to any third party without prior written consent;
  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews;
  • Decline review invitations where a conflict of interest exists;
  • Not use information obtained during the review process for personal or competitive advantage.

Reviews are provided on a voluntary basis and APPP makes no guarantee of compensation for review work unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of APPP or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print Content from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial, academic use only, provided that you:

  • Retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content;
  • Do not modify the Content in any way;

Authors retain copyright in their submitted manuscripts. Upon acceptance and publication, authors grant APPP a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the work.
